Monetary value will only be shown when a specific value (for example RM500 nett) is opted to be given as Spa Gift Certificate, whereby recipient will receive a total value amounting to RM568 (Extra Spa Credits) and gets to choose any spa treatment they prefer.

Recipient may redeem any spa treatments or packages from all of our spa establishments (Ozmosis Wellness Spa Ascott KLCC or Bangsar KL outlet).

There are 2 choices of Spa Gift Certificate available :

1. Physical Spa Gift Certificate (Hardcopy Voucher by Courier)
2. Electronic Spa Gift Certificate (Softcopy sent through Email)

Spa Gift Certificate Voucher can only use for any treatment from A-La-Carte menu.

ELECTRONIC SPA GIFT CERTIFICATE

Our e-gift certificate comes in a different design, compared to our physical gift certificate. You may add a personalised message and select your desired date of delivery.

We will then email to the recipient their e-gift certificate (and cc to you). There is no additional delivery costs incurred with this option.

PHYSICAL SPA GIFT CERTIFICATE

We only accept advance order for this option. It requires at least two (2) business days to process the gift certificate.

You may arrange to pick up the spa gift certificate at any of our spa outlets.

Else, there is a special door-to-door delivery arrangement service where we use a courier partner.

Note: The cost of delivery is charged by the courier partner will directly be imposed to you, accordingly. We will not charge additional fee.

1. Spa Gift Certificate Shipping Methods:

Direct to Recipient Email (e-Gift Voucher in Electronic Softcopy)
Upon receipt of payment, the e-gift certificate with a unique serial number will be sent to the recipient through email. We send our gift certs in PDF format (electronic copy) via email.

Hardcopy Gift Card (Third Party Door-to-door Delivery Arrangement) – charges apply
Ozmosis gift certificates (hard copy) are available with a printed spa printed certificate and envelope with a ribbon.

2. How to Redeem Spa Gift Certificate?

To redeem the spa gift certificate the recipient must quote the serial number of the gift voucher upon booking.

3. Spa Gift Certificate Validity

Spa gift card or e-Gift voucher normal validity period is one (1) year except periodic promo packages may have a shorter validity period of three (3) months.

4. Spa Gift Certificate Usage

Spa Gift Certificate Voucher can only use for any treatment from A-La-Carte menu.
