1. Spa Gift Certificate Shipping Methods:
Direct to Recipient Email (e-Gift Voucher in Electronic Softcopy)
Upon receipt of payment, the e-gift certificate with a unique serial number will be sent to the recipient through email. We send our gift certs in PDF format (electronic copy) via email.
Hardcopy Gift Card (Third Party Door-to-door Delivery Arrangement) – charges apply
Ozmosis gift certificates (hard copy) are available with a printed spa printed certificate and envelope with a ribbon.
2. How to Redeem Spa Gift Certificate?
To redeem the spa gift certificate the recipient must quote the serial number of the gift voucher upon booking. Spa gift certificates can be used in any of our branches, unless stated otherwise.
3. Spa Gift Certificate Validity
Spa gift card or e-Gift voucher normal validity period is one (1) year except periodic promo packages may have a shorter validity period of three (3) months.
4. Spa Gift Certificate Usage
Spa Gift Certificate Voucher can only use for any treatment from A-La-Carte menu.
