- Kindly note all bookings must be made minimum 24 hours in advance.
- All bookings subject to Ozmosis Wellness Spa therapist’s available schedule.
2. PAYMENT METHOD
- Payment of the booked treatment is required to be paid to our bank account prior to house-call.
- This is to ensure that your booking is genuine.
3. TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Please understand, that Ozmosis Wellness Spa is a 4-stars Day Spa & Wellness Retreat Centre which only provides PROFESSIONAL SPA SERVICE to our guests.
- Any disrespectful treatment of our mobile spa facility and therapists will be terminated immediately upon act.
- No refund will be given to those that act inappropriately.
