The following are the Pre-Natal treatments we offer:

  1. PRE-NATAL LEG WRAP TREATMENT WITH SCALP MASSAGE

Leg and foot pain, edema, and restless leg are common, especially in the second and third trimester of pregnancy, therefore it is highly recommended to perform a pre-natal leg treatment with 20 minutes relaxing scalp massage with the leg wrap treatment.

EPSOM SALT LEG SCRUB AND WRAP – is made up of magnesium sulfate, these diamond-like minerals contain essential compounds that the feet will absorb. Magnesium is significant to the body because it regulates more than 300 biochemical reactions, aids muscle and nerve function keeps the bones strong, and supports the immune system. It will also relieve pain and reduces water retention.

2. PRE-NATAL MASSAGE

Moving on to Post-Natal treatments, when a woman is recovering from her baby’s birth, a spa treatment like a massage, facial or other treatment can truly lift her spirits and a pampering session is just what she deserves. When you are recovering from your baby’s birth, a spa treatment like a massage, facial, or other treatment can truly lift your spirits. A pampering session is just what you deserve. Furthermore, anxiety and depression respond very well to postnatal therapy. About two-thirds of new moms experience temporary postnatal blues related to hormonal changes, new responsibilities, and adjustment frustrations.

Post natal depression is a more serious, longer-lasting condition that affects 10-15% of mothers. Studies show massage and other relaxing spa therapies to be beneficial for treating postnatal depression.

The following are the Post-Natal treatments that we offer:

  1. GINGER & HERBAL BATH

After giving birth, new moms will lose their ‘qi’ or ‘energy’ after the strenuous process of childbirth, leaving them weak and drained. They are also more at risk of catching ‘wind’ in their bodies and suffering from wind-related pains such as the Chinese mentioned ‘Feng shi’ and post-natal discomforts. An herbal bath helps to restore ‘qi & energy’ and expel wind from the body, as well as revitalize the mother. It can also boost her recovery during confinement and allow her to bounce back faster.

2. POST-NATAL MASSAGE

New moms can start receiving post-natal massages as soon as they feel comfortable but not for a mom who undergoes a cesarean procedure until she has completely recovered. Essential oils are used to make the session even more relaxing; to encourage hormone balance and even to help with anxiety and depression. Post-natal massage therapy not only focuses on reducing water retention in mothers to achieve a better slimming result but also eliminates breast engorgements to promote lactation, improves womb recovery, and promotes better sleep. This massage has been shown to be effective for a quicker recovery and better health. The integration of maternal bodywork may add welcome value to your healing journey and transition to motherhood.

3. MARINE ALGAE THERMAL BODY WRAP

Marine Algae effectively treats a range of conditions from skin problems to excess weight, loose flabby skin, and fluid retention after giving birth. It is rich in minerals, vitamins, trace elements, and micronutrients is used to eliminate metabolic wastes through perspiration and also to firm up the skin. A comforting Thermal blanket used in the treatment to activate the marine algae and to accelerates perspiration thus enhancing the detoxification and firming process. Perfect for the mom who wishes to slim down faster after given birth.
